Got the same a double room booked online, truly enjoyed that. The staff were amicable and very attentive and the location was comfortable in the middle of jackson. And it was also adjacent to Durango.

This hotel's staff is wonderful and quickly fixed issues like missing coffee pots and provided clean towels. The location also has a breakfast option, with nice bedding and a good assortment of options. However, we unfortunately were unable to try it.
Despite the good service, the lack of proper hygiene was a major issue for us. Hairs were found on the bathroom floor, and the room did not provide basic facilities like a mini fridge or microwave.

We had a great stay! The hotel had clean towels and nice bedding, and the staff was wonderful. Although there was no coffee pot in the room, they immediately bought one for us to use during our stay. We appreciated the hotel facilities, including the breakfast, which unfortunately we did not get a chance to try. Additionally, the location was convenient, with parking and transportation available.
No negatives from this place. We had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel to others visiting this city.

The staff at Villa Express was exceptional. When I mentioned I didn't have a coffee pot in my room, they quickly brought me one. The towels were clean and the bedding was nice. Although I didn't get a chance to try it, they had breakfast available. I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel offered clean towels and nice bedding during our stay. The staff was helpful and provided a coffee maker upon request. the hotel provided a complimentary breakfast for guests with a variety of options to choose from.
There were some downsides during our stay. There was no mini-fridge or microwave in the room, and there was hair on the bathroom floor.
